Terms & Conditions

  1. The one-time refundable caution deposit collected as per the plan selection is to cover incidental damage or loss to the books.
  2. A member can cancel his/her membership any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. We do not provide refunds or credits for any Partial-Month subscription periods or Unread books. Cancellation request can be sent through email or whatsapp or over the phone. Upon cancellation, you would be expected to return the books (if held any), within 7 days. The security deposit will only be returned after deducting all outstanding charges towards damage or loss of books if any, which may take 15 working days.
  3. A member can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan during the next billing cycle only. No refunds for partial months of use will be credited. Future billing cycles will be billed at the new rate.
